Our terms of business.

purplecow is a trading name of Peacock Carter Ltd, the North East web design agency, registered in England and Wales with company number 06878060. Our registered office is The Offices, Shildon, County Durham, DL4 2RB. Where reference is made to 'purplecow', it shall mean 'Peacock Carter Ltd'.
purplecow reserves the right to make use of third party contractors to undertake any amount of work.
The 'client' or 'clients' refer to any person(s) or entity for which purplecow undertakes work, or any person(s) or entity to which purplecow introduces a third party contractor.
purplecow accepts no responsibility or liability for work created by third party contractors or others when acting as an introductory agent.
Some services may be subject to additional or replacement terms and conditions of business.

Intellectual property

All software developed by or on behalf of purplecow will remain the intellectual property of purplecow and or its agents until full payment has been made for any project or work undertaken for the client.
All trademarks and other intellectual property of third parties (including Sage and Microsoft) are hereby acknowledged.

Clients who fail to pay the balance remaining of their account within the period specified on the document will be liable for a fine and interest upon the payment, as is our statutory right.
